This policy covers clementetileandstone.com. It explains what happens to the information you send us, and what it is not used for.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote request form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Anything you write in the notes field — typically your project type, material, approximate footage, deadline and location

We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site, and we set no cookies of our own.

How it reaches us

The quote form is provided by JotForm, which processes and stores submissions on our behalf and sends them to AJ Pasquale. JotForm may set its own cookies and record technical details such as your IP address as part of its spam protection. Their handling is governed by the JotForm privacy policy.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and follow up about that project. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Sourcing and delivering a material can mean sharing project details with a quarry, producer, fabricator or shipping partner — for example a delivery address, or the specification for a cut. We share only what that step actually requires, and only with partners working on your order. We also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation about a project that stalled or came back around, then delete them. If your enquiry becomes an order, we keep the records needed for that transaction for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the quote form, noting that it is a privacy request, and we will action it within 30 days. Asking costs you nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.

California residents have these rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Children

This site is aimed at people specifying and buying building materials. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
